An ambitious company, the best in the field of expertise, based in Exeter, are looking for a Maintenance Engineer to join their pleasant and informal working atmosphere. The ideal candidate will be able to ensure maximum uptime and effective use of the production plant.
The role of Maintenance Engineer offers:
1. Full-time hours
2. 12 hours per shift within the following shift pattern: 4 on, 4 off, providing you with routine and offering a great work-life balance.
As a Maintenance Engineer, your role will include:
1. Ensure the plant is maintained to ensure maximum uptime.
2. Completing PPM and resolving breakdowns.
3. Work alongside the ETM to resolve long-term repairs, providing short-term fixes to cover demands.
4. Issue permits to work, complying with working regulations.
5. Document and maintain records and daily logs.
6. Observe and implement the H&S at Work Act 1974, alongside other relevant legislation.
Requirements of the Maintenance Engineer:
1. Relevant Mechanical or Electronic Qualification.
2. Experience completing boiler maintenance.
3. Knowledge of COSHH.
4. Health and Safety Awareness.
5. Self-motivated and a great team player.
