Requirement for a senior quantity surveyor to join a regional, bespoke house builder based in Bristol. The contractor based in Bristol work throughout the South West. Due to a change within internal circumstances they are looking to employ a freelance quantity surveyor on a long-term basis.
The requirement will require an individual who has worked within the residential sector before and has the ability to use teams. You will be reporting directly into the commercial director with support from colleagues in the commercial team.
