Mewsons are partnered with a specialised fit out contractor who are looking for a H&S Advisor to add to their team.
You will be expected to work in Birmingham and surrounding areas. Head office in Coleshill.
Specialising in Leisure and Hospitality which includes Pubs & Bars.
H&S Advisor Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure policies & procedures are implemented
* Work alongside the H&S Manager
* Attend client H&S meetings
* Support site team on all H&S aspects
* Review safe systems of work
* Conduct safety stand downs and tool box talks
* Manage day to day H&S activities on site
* Conduct workplace inspections and investigations and report findings
H&S Advisor Requirements:
* Must have a relevant qualification related to Health & Safety.
* Previous experience working on large fit out projects is highly desirable.
* Must be enthusiastic and willing to learn on the job. Training can be provided.
