We have a vacancy available for a Community Staff Nurse in the 3Ts Community Nursing Team within Hywel Dda University Health Board.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, self motivated and suitably experienced registered nurse interested in working in the exciting and challenging area of Community Nursing.
Main duties of the job
Experience in Community Nursing is desirable for this post but not essential as training will be provided and the post holder will be supported to develop in the role.
This opportunity is suitable for someone who would like to develop their skills and knowledge whilst supported by a friendly and welcoming team.

The ability to travel between patients in a timely manner is essential.

Qualifications and Knowledge
* Level 1 Registered Nurse (Adult)
* Current NMC registration
* Evidence of personal continuing development, statutory and mandatory training
* Awareness of Health Board policies, procedures and guidelines
* Ability to relate theory to practice
* Understanding of primary health care working
* Post-registration experience in acute services
* Teaching and assessing
* Understanding of clinical governance, health & safety, risk management awareness
* Community experience
* Willing to undertake further training as necessary
* Evidence of post- registration education - Diploma / Degree Level
Experience
