What You’ll Be Doing:
* Delivering 1st, 2nd, and 3rd line support across a dynamic tech stack
* Supporting both Windows and Linux environments
* Leading and contributing to project work including system deployments and infrastructure changes
* Providing support for internal applications used by teams across the business
What We’re Looking For:
* 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience
* Solid understanding of Microsoft technologies
* Linux fundamentals and a willingness to develop further
* A passion for automation and continuous improvement
* Strong communication skills and a proactive, can-do attitude
