Salary: Scale 5/6 - £18,555 - £21,168 per annum pro-rata (£31,069 - £35,444 per annum FTE) inclusive on London Weighting
Location: Sutton SM1, however the postholder will be expected to travel across the Trust

This is an exciting opportunity to join OHC&AT as a Health, Safety, Environment & Sustainability Coordinator, playing a key role in supporting the health and safety team to deliver efficient and compliant services across the organisation. You will assist in streamlining operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and promoting a culture of safety and sustainability. Your responsibilities will include managing health and safety systems, overseeing risk management, coordinating external audits and supporting the development and maintenance of training programs.
This is a hands-on position, and the successful candidate will need to develop strong working relationships with key stakeholders, including site Premises Officers, Principals, senior managers and external partners, to ensure smooth operations and effective safety management. You will be responsible for the accurate management of health and safety data, generating reports, tracking audit actions, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

The right person for this role will have:

• Strong organisational and communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels.
