A fantastic family-run business based in Canterbury is looking for an Internal Account Manager to join their team. If you are an organised individual with proven sales and business development experience, we would love to hear from you!
The Role
Within your role, you will be responsible for the management of key accounts, and your responsibilities will include:
1. Telesales - office based
2. Manage pipeline, diary, and leads
3. Supporting the Regional Account Manager - including monthly meetings
4. Reports - focusing on upselling and cross-selling
5. Be proactive in identifying challenges
6. Attend events when needed
7. Sales analysis
About You
The ideal candidate will bring proven experience in sales and business development, along with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. They should excel in planning and organising to meet specific goals and be a proactive team player eager to contribute fully. Strong initiative and problem-solving abilities are essential for influencing events and achieving objectives.
