To develop strong leadership skills to assist with service and people development We can offer: An acute rotation providing you with diverse experiences including Medicine (general medicine, Elderly, Respiratory and Cardiology), Orthopaedics, Surgery, Stroke, Neuro, Palliative care, hand therapy (correct at time of advertisement), Excellent learning opportunities with a high level of support and supervision and appraisal from senior colleagues, Peer support from a large group of colleagues on the rotation, A 12 month multi-professional preceptorship programme (Band 5). Every 6 monthly Band 5 or 12 monthly Band 6 rotation brings duties and learning opportunities specific for that team.
