Hourly Rate: £20-£25 per hour Location: Witney and surrounding areas Specialism: Supporting students with SEN, including ASD, ADHD, PDA, and Global Developmental Delay About the Role We are looking for a compassionate and skilled SEN Tutor to work one-on-one with students in Witney. Your role will involve assessing individual needs, planning tailored learning sessions, and delivering engaging, personalised support to help students overcome challenges and thrive academically and personally. What You’ll Do: Assess students' needs and abilities to create individualised learning plans. Plan and deliver engaging, tailored sessions to meet specific learning goals. Support students with SEN, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, PDA, and Global Developmental Delay. Foster a supportive and inclusive environment to build confidence and motivation. Monitor and report on progress, providing feedback to parents/guardians. What We’re Looking For: Experience working with children with SEN, particularly ASD, ADHD, PDA, and Global Developmental Delay. Ability to assess, plan, and deliver tailored learning sessions effectively. Patience, empathy, and creativity to adapt teaching methods to meet diverse needs. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with students and families.
