About the role
This role is seen as a development opportunity for the right person. With training and support provided, you will work towards being responsible for systems and user support for Cornwall Housing’s key business applications, in the Assets, Housing Operations and Resources Directorates.
You will develop a technical understanding of systems to enable you to troubleshoot issues, understand root causes, diagnose faults, and prioritise requests for support and changes.
You will maintain systems and training documentation in line with changing business needs to ensure consistency of service and review and deliver data and report requests to customers.
Communication is key in this role as you will be supporting users and liaising with IT Vendors and Cornwall Council Information Services.
There will also be opportunities to assist in IT projects and to provide support to the ongoing IT improvement programme.

Base: Hybrid working - working from home, office and/or site as needed. Your base will be our main office in Chy Trevail, Bodmin.
