What's involved in this F&B Operations Manager role?
Assist the Director of Food & Beverage in developing and delivering the company standard
Delivery of Food & Beverage quality standards KPI's, ensuring the team consistently exceed guest expectations.
Assist in the recruitment, induction, retention and development of the team in conjunction with HR policies.
Guarantee that the highest standard of service and product is delivered to our guests at all times and review regularlyWhat's required?
Previous similar experience in a 5* Hotel as F&B Manager
