Our client, a thriving business based nr Portsmouth offer a new permanent opportunity to join their vibrant team as a PROJECT COORDINATOR
This is an office-based position
Monday to Friday, 8-5pm
Salary £30,000

Responsibilities:
* Assist with facilitating the smooth execution of construction projects
* Consistently liaising between different departments to ensure all project elements are aligned and progressing on schedule
* Assisting in the planning and initiation of project schedules and procedures
* Coordinating and monitoring the scheduling, pricing, and technical performance of projects
* Ensuring project activities comply with the project plans and company policies
* Communicating with project stakeholders, contractors, and other relevant parties
* Dealing with project queries
* Coordinating with site supervisors and subcontractors to ensure work is done according to plan
* Preparing, reviewing, and updating project documentation, including contracts, permits, and technical reports
* Identifying and resolving any potential issues
* Monitoring project progress, making adjustments as necessary
* Assisting in the close-out of completed projects
* Document and send various information relating to the project

* IT Literate, Excel, Word, Outlook, CRM
