What You Will Be Doing As Contract Manager
* Anticipate customer needs, drive satisfaction, and ensure contract success for renewal for customer satisfaction & contract renewals.
* Build and maintain professional working relationships by fully understanding contract goals.
* Proactively manage personal and team tasks to meet delivery and goods-in schedules on time.
* Gain in-depth knowledge of stock, operations, and client requirements to effectively represent the contract at all levels.
* Apply financial techniques to maximise contract opportunities and profitability.
* Identify commercial and operational improvements to add value to customers’ businesses.
* Make informed decisions by understanding the risks and rewards for the business.
* Foster an open, honest, and high-performing team environment.
* Challenge existing processes and explore new solutions to maximise efficiency.
* Analyse and present key data to support both internal and customer reporting requirements.
Our Ideal Contract Manager
* Experience in 3PL warehouse, supply chain, or logistics operations with a deep understanding of stock management.
* Strong customer relationship management skills with a proactive approach to meeting client needs.
* Ability to negotiate and influence stakeholders to ensure contract success and renewal.
* Experience in delivering high customer satisfaction through continuous service.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain trust with clients and stakeholders.
* Ability to understand and align with contract goals, ensuring smooth execution and long-term success.
* Strong organisational skills to manage personal and team workloads efficiently.
* Exceptional budget management and cost control experience.
* Ability to apply financial techniques to maximise contract profitability and opportunities whilst identifying business growth opportunities.
* Experience in creating a positive, high-performance culture within a team.
* Proactive mindset to challenge existing processes and explore new solutions.
* Ability to implement innovative strategies to maximise efficiency.
* Strong analytical and reporting skills to interpret complex data sets.
* Experience in using reporting tools and data visualisation to support internal and client decision-making.
