Job Description Bilingual Accounts Assistant Our client based in Huntingdon who are a leading supplier of printed and customised products to the education sector are currently looking for a Bilingual German/English speaking Accounts assistant. Successful applicants will be working to ensure that schools receive a premium service whereby all orders placed are processed and dealt with in a professional and timely manner and are delivered to schools on time. Key Responsibilities Sales Ledger, processing customer invoices, customer queries and allocating receipts Reconciling AR Debtor Listing Credit Control Maintain Cash Flow Forecast Period end journals VAT Returns knowledge advantageous Key Skills Fluent in German and English A minimum of 2 years’ experience in an accounts role Experience of AX Dynamics or similar programmes Advanced Excel and other Microsoft packages Hours, Benefits & Salary Casual dress Company events Company pension Cycle to work scheme Free flu jabs Free parking Health & wellbeing programme Life insurance On-site parking Sick pay Hybrid working Day shift Monday to Friday Up to 32k DOE
