The Role As the Registered Children's Home Manager, you'll be the captain of their ship, steering a team of devoted staff towards excellence in care and support. Your responsibilities will include: Leadership: Inspire your team to deliver top-notch care with a side of sparkle. What they are Looking For They are seeking a compassionate, seasoned leader equipped with: A Level 5 Diploma in Residential Childcare Management (or an equivalent sector leadership qualification). 5 years of experience in residential childcare, with at least 2 years at a senior level, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality care. Exceptional communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills. An unwavering commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
