Are you an experienced office Administrator, we are looking for a highly reliable and detail-oriented Administrator to join our client in Dudley.
Main Responsibilities:
Cross referencing information between multiple software systems to maintain accurate and consistent records.
Using initiative to solve problems and resolve minor issues.
General administrative tasks- filing, scanning, photocopying.
Performing administrative tasks related to procurement, payroll, and factory documentation.
Working on a computer for the majority of the day, completing administrative work consistently and efficiently.
Learning and using various software systems (training will be provided for some systems).
Ensure all tasks are completed accurately and to the highest standard.
Successful candidate will have:
Ability to handle repetitive tasks with precision and care.
Highly organised with an exceptional eye for detail and accuracy.
Proactive and able to identify and resolve simple issues independently.
Experience using Microsoft Office Packages (Word, Excel, etc.,) is required; experience with 'Sage' or similar software is a plus but not essential.
Experience working in an 'Office'.
Hours of work:
Monday to Friday 8.30 to 5.30 (Hours are flexible BUT must be able to work 5 days per week).
Hourly Rate- £12ph
