* Previous Management experience, ideally gained in a gastro/ high-quality fresh food environment.
* Excellent operational skills as well as a solid base of back office management.

Responsibilities
* Supervise daily operations in the hospitality environment, ensuring high standards of service and food safety.
* Manage and train team members, fostering a collaborative and efficient work atmosphere.
* Oversee food preparation and presentation, ensuring culinary excellence.
* Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly.
* Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to maintain smooth operations and timely service.
* Implement time management strategies to enhance productivity and guest satisfaction.
Previous experience as a F&B Manager, F&B Supervisor, or Deputy General Manager is required. You must be energetic and vibrant, as an Assistant General Manager you will be the face of the business, with a natural flair for hospitality and the ability to motivate and lead a team through your passion, standards and commitment.
