Picture this: you're based in North Wales working with rural clients across the region and providing support on management of the landscape around you.
As a rural surveyor, you'll need to be chartered, and if you're a registered valuer too, that would be a bonus but is not essential.
You'll undertake a variety of responsibilities that will include:
1. Rural property management
2. Professional valuations
3. Asset management
4. Rent reviews
5. Budgets
6. Project appraisals
7. Project management
8. Claims for subsidies, grants, and compensation
You'll build rapport with a variety of existing clients, work in a young and enthusiastic team, and have opportunities for continuous self-development while expanding your knowledge.
There is a great salary on offer, along with a package that includes a car allowance, in line with experience.
