Administration Support Details:
1. Duration: 4-month fixed-term contract
2. Working Hours: 21 hours per week (3 days per week initially)
3. Location: Mostly remote, South Wales-based (with some office days/travel required)
4. Start Date: 1st April 2025
5. Pay: £14.27 per Hour
I am seeking a dedicated and hardworking administrator on behalf of one of my clients. This role offers an exciting opportunity to join a small team of nine, working on a large-scale and ever-growing project.
The project focuses on mental health data and its expansion across universities and health boards throughout South Wales.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide high-level administrative support and manage correspondence.
2. Collect and organise data from educational institutions, using Excel to compile information.
3. Ensure the accuracy of data for statistical and planning purposes.
4. Manage meetings, travel, etc. with internal and external stakeholders.
5. Prioritise workload effectively to meet deadlines.
6. Complete additional ad-hoc tasks commensurate with the role.
Essential Skills:
1. Experience of administering projects and programmes.
2. Minute taking and report drafting skills.
3. Ability to work autonomously and equally effective as part of a team.
4. Driven and enthusiastic to achieve goals and see things through.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office, with a strong knowledge of Excel.
