Commercial Administrator
Belfast (Hybrid)
£25,000-£28,000 + Bonus
Artemis Human Capital are delighted to be working with a reputable, longstanding business in Belfast. They have a new vacancy for a Commercial Administrator to their warm and welcoming team. This is a pivotal role and will cross pollinate across different departments in a busy office.
Key responsibilities:
* Administrative support to the commercial team on key account management.
* Collation and presentation of key field sales reports using MS Excel.
* Responsible for preparation of all customer & team sales presentations using PowerPoint.
* Preparing weekly/monthly reports.
* Co-ordination of sales team meetings.
* Responsible for information dissemination across the teams.
* Co-ordination of brand events across the year.
* Customer trade show organisation.
Experience:
* 2 years’ experience in administrative focused role.
* Previous experience in the FMCG / supply chain sector would be desirable.
* Strong communicator who can liaise and cross pollinate with different departments and senior management with ease.
* Detail orientated approach.
* Strong IT skills – PowerPoint/Excel.
* Capable of establishing and maintaining strong internal/external relationships.
