Position: Class teacher
Hours: Full time
We are seeking passionate and enthusiastic class teachers to join the team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment where every child feels valued and supported. Responsibilities include planning, delivering, and assessing high-quality lessons tailored to all learners.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons aligned with the National Curriculum.
* Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment that encourages a love of learning.
* Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and setting targets.
* Build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to support well-being and achievement.
* Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development.
* Contribute to the wider school community and ethos.
Requirements
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a degree in Education or related field.
* Experience teaching in a primary school setting.
* Strong understanding of the National Curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Commitment to ongoing professional development.
* Ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team.

All pay rates are inclusive of holiday pay. This is a temporary position, with potential for permanent employment later.
