We are representing a Primary school in the GL5 area that have a role for a SEND Teaching Assistant with years 3 and 4 (Key stage 2) to start in May 2025. The school has an Ofsted rating of "Good" and part of a trust. They have a great ethos that provides children with the best possible environment to learn and achieve. This coupled with fantastic facilities and beautiful grounds make this role one you will not want to miss. You'll be matched to young people based on your experience and will mostly be working on a 3:1 basis with these pupils throughout your placement. This will involve extra learning support in a separate classroom working on things such as reading and maths. These SEND students at the school already has an Education Health Care Plan in place. The placement is initially temporary but has the potential to be permanent if the school think you are a good match for them.
