Customer Service Advisor role:
1. High volume, outbound calls to build a customer pipeline
2. Effectively manage and maintain your pipeline to maximize revenue opportunities
3. Develop trusted and long serving relationships with customers
4. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly KPIs
5. Identify sales opportunities through effective questioning and objection handling
