We are recruiting for a temporary Support Worker at Highwater House, a residential care home providing care for 22 adults with mental health and substance misuse issues. Duties will include, medication administrating, care planning, escorting residents to appointments, planning and implementing activities, providing personnel care, attending meetings with other professionals. Applicants must be supportive and empathise with clients who may have a variety of complex needs. Have the ability to manage time effectively and possess good organisational skills and be capable of working within a team. Applicants must be able to practically demonstrate that you are: Caring, Kind, Empathic and Patient, and have knowledge of the basic principles of Care.
