Job Title: Part Time Reception Teacher CR0 Location: England, Greater London, Croydon Job Type: Contract, expected to work Full-Time hours Primary Industry: Education and Training Salary: £167 - £225 Per day Job Duties: The Part Time Reception Teacher CR0 will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning to Reception class students, planning and implementing engaging lessons that meet the individual needs of the students, assessing student progress, and providing timely feedback to students and parents. The teacher will also collaborate with colleagues to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment, participate in professional development opportunities, and contribute to the overall success of the school. Required Qualifications: - Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - Experience teaching Reception or Early Years students - Strong knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Education: Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field Experience: Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in Reception or Early Years settings Knowledge and Skills: - Understanding of child development and effective teaching strategies - Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students - Excellent classroom management skills - Proficient in using technology to enhance teaching and learning Preferred Qualifications: - Postgraduate qualification in Education - Experience working in a multicultural environment - Training in special educational needs (SEN) support Working Conditions: The Part Time Reception Teacher CR0 will work in a school setting, following the school calendar and schedule. The teacher may be required to attend staff meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and other school events outside of regular school hours.
