Finance Manager Morgan Hunt are working with a well-established organisation based in Enfield who are looking at recruiting a Finance Manager. This is a permanent role paying up to £52,000. This role will be fully office based. Key Responsibilities of the Finance Manager: Oversee the Finance Department, ensuring it delivers an efficient and professional service. Ensure compliance with all regulatory deadlines including tax, audit, and reporting requirements. Develop and manage the organisation's accounting, VAT, CIS, and payroll software. Produce and deliver management reports, profit & loss statements, and balance sheets. Manage, mentor, and coach the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal managers, external stakeholders, and suppliers. Oversee cash flow management and ensure overdue debt is maintained within agreed targets. Collaborate with senior leadership to enhance the strategic and financial value of the department. Previous Skills and Experience of the Finance Manager: AAT or ACCA qualification required. Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills. Experience working in a fast-paced environment with a strategic and proactive approach. Proficient in Microsoft Office packages. Experience using Xero and QuickBooks (desirable).
