General Office Admin: Manage correspondence, organise files, maintain and update company records.. Scheduling & Coordination: Assist with scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements, including booking hotels and restaurants.. External Communication: Communicate with vendors, service providers, and other external contacts to ensure smooth operations.. Internal Support: Act as a point of contact for internal teams, respond to inquiries, and help with email and chat communications. What We're Looking For: Technical Skills:. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Office 365.. Experience with accounting systems or ERP systems is desirable.. Familiarity with Xero is a bonus. Non-Technical Skills:.
