Job Summary
This is a 30 hour per week role, with the flexibility to work any 4 days between Monday and Friday. The postholder will be responsible for coordinating the line management of the onsite clinical team, delivering bespoke assessment and intervention plans for adults with complex needs.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate line management of onsite clinical team members
* Deliver bespoke assessment and intervention plans for adults with complex profiles of need
* Hold therapy caseload with support from the clinical network and contribute to staff training and consultation
Requirements
* Recognised degree in Occupational Therapy, Speech & Language Therapy or Practitioner Psychologist with the HCPC
* Experience working within adult services
* Clear and concise report writing
* Experience of providing supervision and supporting a therapy team
* Full UK valid driving licence and access to own vehicle
