We are seeking a highly motivated Executive Assistant to Chief Officers to join our dynamic team at Torus Group. This is a
fantastic opportunity to provide high-level executive support to two Group Chief Officers, playing a crucial role in the smooth
running of their operations and helping to maintain Torus’s professional brand and reputation.
As the Executive Assistant to Chief Officers, you will:
* Proactively manage complex diaries, ensuring strategic alignment and forward planning.
* Liaise with high-profile stakeholders, including government and housing agencies, Members of Parliament, and Chief Executives
of key organisations.
* Provide high-level administrative support, including researching information, drafting papers, and preparing presentations.
* Work flexibly as part of the Executive Support Team and deputise for the EA to the CEO when necessary.
* Lead and support the Executive Assistants team, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
* Act as the first point of contact for the Group Chief Officers, handling sensitive communications with professionalism.
* Organise and coordinate internal events, meetings, and minute-taking as required.
* Manage key projects to support strategic goals.
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience as an Executive Assistant to senior leaders in a large, complex organisation.
* A background in housing is highly desirable, as this experience will be valuable in supporting our Group Chief Officers and
understanding the sector’s complexities.
* Excellent organisational, administrative, and IT skills (Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and
Co-Pilot).
* A strong track record of building and maintaining key relationships, including managing challenging situations.
* The ability to manage conflicting priorities and deadlines with flexibility and resilience.
* A proactive approach, anticipating needs and delivering solutions.
* High levels of motivation, professionalism, and discretion.
* Passion for continuous improvement and innovation.
