You will nurture and grow client relationships, ensure full contractual compliance, and meet key financial and operational targets. Your ability to translate high-level strategy into day-to-day excellence will be key to your success. You will also help our customer develop world class workplace solutions to provide a dynamic workspace that promote effective and collaborative working.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and inspire a team to deliver outstanding FM services aligned to SLAs and KPIsEnsure 100% statutory compliance through proactive third-party contractor management.Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.Drive contract performance, financial reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.Develop and maintain robust reporting structures, including monthly client reports and KPIs.Oversee labour strategy, HSE compliance, and business continuity plans.Support the development of new business proposals and contract retention strategies.Deliver governance, communication, and performance briefings (monthly, quarterly, annually)About youEssential:3 years' senior-level experience managing TFM contracts including technical services.Possess a strong can-do attitude and have the tenacity to investigate new service solutions and present effective business cases to our customer.Strong leadership with a passion for innovation and service excellenceProven track record in change management and operational improvementKnowledge in developing and delivering sustainable innovations within a corporate environment.Financial acumen with experience managing performance targets and budgets.Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skillsA strong knowledge of workplace strategiesIOSH/NEBOSH Full UK Driving LicenseDesirable:IWFM qualification or similar (or working towards)About UsIntegrated facilities management services with a purpose.We're here to make workplaces better, cultivating working environments that energise, inspire and attract talent across all sectors.
