T&K Associates have an exciting opportunity for a Wills and Probate Fee Earner to join our esteemed client in Ashby-de-la-Zouch on a permanent basis.
The Wills and Probate Fee Earner should have a high degree of self-management and be able to manage a varied degree of caseloads with initiative and drive.
Wills and Probate Fee Earner Job Benefits:
* £42,000-£60,520 per annum dependant on PQE
* Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm

Wills and Probate Fee Earner Job Responsibilities:
* Handling a varied caseload of wills, lasting powers of attorney, setting up and administration of trusts, Court of Protection and the administration of estates and variation of wills with minimal supervision
* Ensuring that all work is progressed in a timely manner
* Delivering exceptional customer service to keep clients informed of updates and timeframes
* Complying with all file and case management quality standards in accordance with the Law Society requirements.
* Building upon the firms reputation to attract key clients and assist with the firms marketing initiatives
* Assisting the Head of Department with any other relevant duties as and when required and working together to promote the department
* Diligent and accurate use of the firms Case Management System
* Networking with other professionals and contacts, both individually and as part of a team
* Undertaking any relevant training as and when required, and to comply with the Law Society CPD requirements
Wills and Probate Fee Earner Person Specification:
* Applicants must be a qualified Solicitor, or Fellow of Cilex with a minimum of 2 years PQE experience
* Experience of working within a busy wills and probate department
* Exceptional client care skills including excellent written and verbal communication skills
* A highly organised approach and the ability to prioritise workload
* Strong attention to detail
* An ability to work well as part of a team as well as independently
