For this vacancy we are seeking a proactive and results-driven Senior Business Development Represenative (SBDR) to play a critical role in driving the business's lead generation strategy. This role combines traditional Business Development Representative (BDR) responsibilities with management and strategic oversight of outbound marketing and lead generation functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of generating high-quality leads, managing outbound marketing initiatives, and leading a team to achieve ambitious sales targets. If you are a motivated self-starter with experience in business development, market research, and data validation, we want to hear from you Key Responsibilities: · Team Leadership & Management: Oversee and support the lead generation team, ensuring best practices in outbound sales, pipeline management, and data accuracy. · Training & Development – Provide ongoing training, mentorship, and knowledge sharing to the lead generation team. Develop and implement structured development plans to enhance team skills, performance, and career growth. · Lead Generation & Sales Development: Own and drive lead generation efforts, identifying and qualifying prospects through outbound sales strategies, including cold outreach, email campaigns, and social selling. · Outbound Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute outbound marketing campaigns, aligning efforts with overall sales and marketing goals. · Process Optimisation: Improve prospecting strategies, outreach sequences, and qualification frameworks to enhance efficiency. · Technology & Tools: Manage and optimise tech stack, including NetSuite CRM, sales engagement platforms, and data tools. · Market Research & Data Validation: Conduct in-depth market research to identify new opportunities, validate prospect data, and refine target audience segmentation. · Performance Management: Set KPIs, track performance, and drive accountability to ensure the team meets lead generation and pipeline targets. Provide regular reports and insights to senior management. · Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and leadership teams to ensure the alignment of outreach efforts. Key Skills and Qualifications: · Experience: 3 years of experience in a BDR/SDR role, with at least 1 year of management experience, preferably in a high-growth B2B sales environment. · Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in achieving individual lead generation targets, as well as building and coaching SDR teams to exceed pipeline targets. · Sales Methodology: Strong understanding of outbound prospecting techniques, sales frameworks (e.g., MEDDIC, SPIN), and qualification methodologies. · Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement effective outbound marketing and lead generation strategies. · Data-Driven Approach: Experience using CRM and sales engagement tools to track performance and optimise outreach. · Excellent Communication: Ability to inspire, coach, and develop talent while fostering a collaborative team culture. · Networking: Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships with prospective clients and industry contacts. · Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges and identify opportunities for improvement. · Adaptability: Ability to quickly adapt to changing market conditions and business priorities.
