What We’re Looking For Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with active NMC registration. Experience in a leadership or senior nursing role within mental health services. Support the Ward Manager with clinical and operational management of the ward. Ensure high standards of patient care, safety, and well-being. Supervise, mentor, and support nursing staff in their professional development. Contribute to the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care. Manage delegated responsibilities from the Ward Manager. Uphold best practices in dementia and challenging behaviour care.
