Development Coordinator - £25,000 - £28,000 per annum The National Logistics Academy is part of Mantra Learning Ltd. Under our brands “ The National Logistics Academy, Job Gym & Mantra Learning’’ we work with over 600 Apprentices, support over 3500 people get back to work and improve their life chances and mental health, as well as training over 1000 people to become HGV drivers each year. We have an exciting opportunity for a Development Coordinator to join our expanding team and support our apprentices through their learning journey, helping them to achieve their goals and enable life changing career progression. This position is a full-time role, working 37.5 hours per week. The Role Your primary focus as a Development Coordinator will be to deliver and coordinate quality training and assessment, working with your apprentices and their mentors to ensure that the necessary skills and knowledge are being developed for apprentices to succeed in their job roles. Your duties will include but will not be limited to: Delivering high quality and innovative teaching and coaching via Teams or on company and employer premises Ensure all training elements are completed in accordance with the End Point Assessment and awarding Organisations’ requirements. Inspire apprentices to develop their careers within logistics. To ensure apprentices are engaged in learning and are contacted, seen, assessed, and reviewed in keeping with the scheme of work and in accordance with ESFA requirements. To ensure the learner gains the knowledge and skills to achieve excellent outcomes in their apprenticeships. Contribute to continuous improvement within the department and your team. Maintain centre records / systems so learner progress and accurately documented.
