Key responsibilities include: Acting as the first point of contact for client queries regarding accounts. Reviewing clients' financials in Xero and preparing them for further processing by the Outsourcing Team. Reviewing statutory accounts and tax computations. Ideally, you’ll have: A positive attitude and a passion for teamwork. At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within an accountancy practice. Progress toward your ACCA qualification. Strong client service skills, including the ability to build trust and rapport quickly. Experience working with small business owners. Excellent organizational skills to manage a dynamic workload.
