What the Job Involves This role involves working in Sutton Council's Customer Experience Contact Centre for a minimum of 5 months. You will be part of a multi-skilled team tasked with delivering effective customer service across phone, online, and face-to-face interactions. Your responsibilities will include processing business administration and data for adult social care requests, managing complex email communications, and performing various administrative and data entry tasks. After training, the role offers flexible hybrid working, requiring at least 2 days in the Civic offices.
