A market leading engineering company looking for a Technical Sales Support Coordinator to join the small team.
Responsibilities:
1. Managing and logging customer inquiries via phone and email.
2. Handling after-sales support cases or escalating them to the appropriate staff member.
3. Tracking progress and ensuring effective communication both internally and with customers.
4. Collaborating with various departments on important administrative tasks.
5. Preparing repair and service quotations.
6. Ensuring service orders are reviewed and approved by the Sales or Production teams within agreed timelines.
7. Monitoring repair turnaround times and keeping customers informed.
8. Coordinating exhibitions and marketing events.
9. Providing administrative assistance to the Sales Team as needed.
Requirements
1. College education, with a preference for candidates with an associate or bachelor's degree.
2. At least 3 years of experience working in a technical environment.
3. Office-based role, with the ability to meet deadlines and fulfill tasks promptly to satisfy customer needs.
4. Eligibility to work in the UK.
The Package
The salary offered for this position is £25,000- £32,000 to a candidate who can meet all key qualifications and abilities.
