Skilled Business Analyst to join our ERP/Enterprise Project Strong analytical skills and excellent communication abilities Client Details My client are a provider of services for renewable energy based in Central London. Description The successful Interim Business Analyst will: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and gather detailed business requirements. Act as a point of contact for business stakeholders, facilitating the efficient playback of business requirements and target processes. Support and facilitate a full and detailed Fit-Gap assessment to NetSuite functionality. Including Gap assessment, prioritisation and risk matrix. Provide thorough due diligence covering functional and non-functional requirements. Support the business teams to understand the benefits of standardising and streamlining processes across the group. Develop and document business process models to illustrate current and future states. Demonstrate current workflows and pinpoint areas for automation or improvement. Plan and lead workshops, meetings, and presentations to get feedback, confirm specifications, and guarantee alignment and buy-in from stakeholders. Develop an RTM to ensure traceability of requirements. Define functional specifications by translating business requirements into technical specifications for the proposed enterprise solutions. Collaborate with the technical team and functional consultants to ensure the solution meets business needs. Support/propose technical and process solutions that meet business needs and objectives. Support the development of user stories/scenarios to build out the test plan. Perform/coordinate user acceptance testing to ensure functionality meets business needs before each functional/sub release. Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to ongoing optimisation efforts. Be a key member of the team to implement solutions and ensure they align with business goals. Support the development of training materials and help facilitate training sessions for end-users. Provide post-implementation support through hypercare to users and address any issues that arise after the Enterprise solution goes live. Support the change: Act as a liaison between the project team and stakeholders to communicate changes and gather feedback from users to make necessary adjustments and enhancements. Profile The successful Interim Business Analyst will have: Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role. Experience of PE projects and the consolidation of acquired companies. Extensive experience across waterfall and agile projects. Experience of Finance, HR, CRM and Project Management/Delivery solutions. Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in process mapping and or the process management methodology. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Experience with business process modelling and documentation tools. Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools. Experience in business optimisation Competent with Microsoft tools, Visio/Drawio/Lucid, JIRA/Confluence and MSP as tools for managing and documenting business needs. Understanding of OKR Management methodology Job Offer A competitive day rate of between £550-600 a day Outside IR35. Project office: London 1-2 days per week and as required for peak project activities. There will be requirements to travel to group company locations as required, throughout the UK, Europe and potentially the US.
