This role will lead the portfolio for B2B Note PC (laptop) including relevant software, services, offerings and partnerships. Role and Responsibilities Your key responsibilities The main goal is to significantly grow the laptop category, firstly addressing the needs of SMB customers and growing this to further B2B customer groups such as large Enterprise and to do that, collaboration with collaborators in Korea and across the European subsidiaries will be key to ensure that the right propositions can be offered to customers. Aligning to the Suwon and/or European Leaders high level, strategic plan, develop the go-to-market (GTM) frameworks; which includes designing the pricing structure, commercial guidelines, identifying appropriate channels and marketing tools for Europe, and evangelise those through to our Subs for implementation to aid their growth plans. Be at the heart of the EU B2B laptop community to coordinate activities such as insights gathering, information sharing, reporting and sales plan development to ensure there is an aligned voice of Europe that enables EU Subs needs to be met. This will mean managing and organising a complex matrix of inputs and outputs. Development of the annual plan and GTM plan for all laptop products and services for B2B Occasionally the role will need to support the Note PC complementary category (Smartphone, Tablet, Wearables) GTM activities. All part of the wider Samsung Galaxy B2B connected experience proposition. Targets for the role include portfolio mix e.g. revenue and unit growth, market expansion,, new product growth, ranging of services, portfolio life cycle management (phasing out and phasing in of new products) and providing direction to the Subs Monitor and analyse business performance to ensure monthly, quarterly, product and annual targets can be met A curious, creative spirit and attitude, able to work with complex data to build meaningful GTM / sales frameworks for Subs to apply Occasional engagement with channel partners e.g. resellers and end customer engagements and presentations What we need for this role To be successful, you will possess the following skills and attributes: Experience in the laptop industry, in how the market operates, how business customers buy, the data insight and structures. Europe Office has evolved to a more strategic organisation in recent years, this has been pivotal in taking strategic projects defining, establishing and setting the direction for them, whilst structuring them in a way that these opportunities can be realised in practical ways across the Europe subsidiaries.
