Supply Chain Manager / Business Integration Manager (Site Leadership Team)

We are recruiting a Business Integration Manager for a global manufacturer based in County L/Derry. This role is part of the Site Leadership Team and focuses on supporting the company’s manufacturing operations and managing categories for indirect materials, raw materials, and packaging.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee replenishment of raw materials, packaging, store stock, consumables, and spare parts to meet production schedules within a global supply chain.
* Ensure adherence to a robust Financial Month End schedule with a focus on continuous improvement.
* Identify and mitigate risks related to supply continuity and market volatility.
* Manage and optimize the 100-day production plan to meet projected demand with measurable improvements.
* Ensure smooth product flow to the Central Warehouse, downstream processing, and distribution centre based in Europe.
* Maintain compliance with day-to-day shipments without impacting product and raw material delivery.
* Manage vendor relationships and lead quality investigations related to material supply issues.
* Collaborate with Procurement, Sourcing, and R&D for alternative supply routes, vendors, and new products/materials.
* Enhance systems and processes for Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) automation.
* Manage spend and the Purchase to Pay cycle, setting delivery expectations for site services.
* Ensure integration with Logistics, Procurement, Legal, R&D, Technical, Finance, Sales/Marketing, HR, and Operations.
* Scope owner for Logistics, Warehouse, and various contracted services.
* Lead the Site Business Support Team, providing coaching and development.
Essential Requirements:
* Minimum of 5 years' management experience in a comparable role (e.g., Supply Chain Leader).
* Experience working within an Integrated ERP system in a global supply chain within manufacturing.
* Manual capacity vs. demand planning and material replenishment experience.
* Strong budget setting and controlling skills.
* Ability to work at both strategic and operational levels.
* Commercially and financially astute with strong customer focus.
* Proven communication and presentation skills at senior management/board level.
* Strong influencing skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
* Ability to prioritize opportunities to maximize company performance in line with strategic objectives.
