This positioning led us to opening an office in the United Kingdom at the end of 2021, and today we are committed to creating a new international office in Canada Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Engage in talent sourcing, LinkedIn recruitment, school relations, and employee referral program. Drive recruitment activities, from scouting to offer negotiation. Onboarding & Visa Coordination Prepare contracts closely collaborating with France based HR. Oversee administrative processes for ABMI consultants. Coordinate logistics such as travel arrangements, accommodation, and necessary documentation for arrivals in the UK. Create tools and processes, including drafting a comprehensive onboarding handbook to streamline contract-related procedures. Employee Engagement & HR Support Draft assignment briefs and maintain consultant data for HR purposes. Address HR queries, including payroll and general inquiries. Conduct regular check-ins with consultants to foster retention. Organize agency events (seasonal gatherings, technical events) and team-building activities. Ideal Candidate Profile: Bachelor’s degree (equivalent or higher) in relevant fields. Open to diverse academic backgrounds. Years of Experience: 1-3 years minimum in talent management or HR. Prior experience in a large industrial group or engineering consultancy environment is essential. Ability to work collaboratively, communicate effectively, and engage employees across multicultural settings. Fluent English is mandatory; additional languages are advantageous, especially French. Recruitment Process: Initial phone or video interview with Paris based CTAS (Corporate Talent Acquisition SpecialistMBMI, Second interview in the Bristol office with the local Business Manager, Final interview with the regional director (video or in-person according to availabilities).
