The busy kitchen team seeks a Pastry Chef de Partie to help lead the team in producing indulgent ranges of delicate desserts, proper puds, and other sweet creations for the whole hotel. Requirements for this Pastry Chef de Partie opportunity:

All applicants will have a stable CV with excellent traceable references. The ideal candidate must be experienced in fresh produce and possess NVQ Level 1 and 2 or equivalent, as well as a hygiene certificate.
