About the Role:
We have an exciting opportunity to expand our team of dedicated Sales Experts at our Ingram Volkswagen branch with the new role of Product Genius, featuring a progression route to Trainee Sales Executive, complete with manufacturer accreditation, for the right fit.
As a Product Genius, your expert knowledge of our brand will engage and enhance the customer buying journey – from enquiry to delivery. Delivering exceptional customer satisfaction, you will be an in-branch expert who is fully trained in our products and services to communicate, both in person and digitally, with potential and returning customers.
About You:
* As a confident and engaging individual, you will have excellent communication skills.
* The ability to develop interpersonal relationships with both our well-established team and new or returning customers.
* Use your knowledge of all products to assist Ingram’s customers.
* A passion for automotive technology - keeping up-to-date with latest trends, features and product launches.
* Willingness to exceed expectations and go the extra mile.
Role Requirements:
* A full, clean UK Driving Licence.
* Fully competent IT skills.
Experience is not required for this role as training will be given.
