Role of Investment Department
Inigo’s Investment Department looks after the invested assets of the Inigo Group, ensuring they are generating solid risk-adjusted returns and are a positive contributor to the achievement of Inigo’s overarching strategic goals.
The bulk of our work centres around setting and assessing the investment strategy, asset allocation reviews, building strong relationships with our external investment partners, and engaging with and reporting to Inigo’s Senior Leadership Team and Board. We do all this within the regulatory and capital parameters that we operate under as an insurance business.

* Maintaining a strong control and risk framework within the team

* Monitoring portfolio compliance with Investment Guidelines and Risk Appetites, and challenging any observed or expected deviations
* Researching investment-relevant emerging issues, economic developments, regulatory developments and asset class suitability
* Helping evolve our policies and processes, ensuring they remain current, best in class and efficient
To do this, we’re going to need you to bring:
* A sharp interest in and understanding of the economic environment and investment markets
* An analytical, numerate and inquisitive mindset; attention to detail, high expectations of your own output and a desire to keep learning
