Vivino Media consists of three distinct commercial value propositions: Brand Partnership opportunities for Wineries, Enterprise IP, which offers unique data and branding tools for Retailers and Appliance Manufacturers, and Third-party Advertising for adjacent business sectors.
The Media team is critical to our business's commercial success. We are actively recruiting to build upon our current team's capabilities in Ad Operations, Customer Success, Sales, Key Account Management, B2B Marketing, Business Insights, and Product Development.
Lead generation, pipeline management, and revenue enablement
Based in Copenhagen or London, you will work closely with our B2B Marketing manager and Global Sales manager to develop and execute on a lead gen strategy and develop a pipeline of prospective clients for our Winery Partnerships business. In addition, you will also be jointly responsible for revenue attainment targets by hitting monthly outreach and pitch meeting targets for new business.
Furthermore, here is how we describe the primary responsibilities for this position:
* Lead Generation and Pipeline Management: Proactively identify, research, and connect with prospective clients through outreach methods such as cold calls, email campaigns, and social media. Build and nurture an organised pipeline of qualified leads to drive consistent engagement and interest.
* Client Engagement and Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings between qualified prospects and the Account Executive or Key Accounts team, ensuring a seamless handoff in the sales process. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align prospecting efforts and optimise lead generation.
* CRM and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of lead activities and outcomes in the CRM system. Regularly report key performance metrics and actionable management insights to ensure transparency in progress and success.
* Continuous Learning and Cross-Functional Collaboration: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and Vivino’s product features to add value to client interactions. Partner with Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to align sales efforts with overall business strategy and incorporate client feedback.
* Process and Performance Optimization: Identify and implement best practices to improve sales processes, enhance customer success initiatives, and achieve monthly outreach and revenue targets.

We seek a driven and skilled Sales Development Representative with proven success in sales and/or lead-generation roles, consistently achieving or exceeding targets. Experience in the wine industry or tech sales is a strong advantage. You have a sharp ability to identify, qualify, and prioritise leads effectively and bring hands-on experience with CRM tools like Salesforce to manage pipelines and track performance. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for engaging prospects and collaborating with internal teams.
This role requires familiarity with working with international clients, an understanding of cultural nuances, and proficiency in marketing analytics tools, productivity software, and collaboration platforms. We value team players with a history of working closely with marketing and account executives to optimise lead conversion. To succeed, you must thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, proactively seek improvements, and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
