Our client is a leading manufacturer of and Cylinders and Door Hardware products. Technical Manager will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing product specification, testing, certification, technical support, master keying, and training. Key Responsibilities: 1. Technical inquiries support (b2b & b2c) - first point of contact for all technical questions via email, phone, etc. 2. Product training internal / external training sales and other departments, new starters, etc. training customers and partners on technical details for mechanical and smart solutions. 3. Smart product technical inquiries b2b & b2c (I’ve out this as a separate point, because that’s a big tasks in its own) 4. Managing Product - Managing testing of products with certification centres & updating spec sheets for products. 5. Master Keying management - Speaking to customers who require mastering and adding this to the system to then pass to workshop. Require Skills: Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with teams and stakeholders. • Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail to maintain high standards of product quality and accuracy. • Self-Starter: Proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision. • Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, and make data-driven decisions.
