About the job The job is operating and setting 3 and 5 Axis CNC Machines (HAAS experience would be ideal). You will need experience in this type of work. You will need to be able to work in a very small team - usually working unsupervised. You will have good experience setting and operating 3 and 5 axis Milling machines working to drawings and able to make adjustments to programs. Also changing out jobs, materials and tooling, cleaning and de-burring, do your own inspection, work to production schedules etc. HAAS / Fanuc experience would be ideal - although other 5 axis CNC experience will be considered Extra training is available for development. Good housekeeping is essential - they keep the shop floor really clean and tidy. 5 Axis machining experience is essential. This is working with Aluminium, Mild steel and Stainless steel HND/HNC Mechanical Engineering would be great but not essential. This is a great company to work for.
