As a Software Applications Analyst, you will work closely with programmers and stakeholders across the organization to deliver exceptional software support to our customers, partners, and team members, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality applications. Your key responsibilities will include:
1. Acting as a vital member of project teams created to implement changes in our software suite.
2. Collaborating with the development team to provide software solutions that meet product requirements.
3. Ensuring that all software changes align with standards and strategies.
4. Developing and executing a System Test Program to confirm that updates do not negatively impact existing applications and systems.
5. Assisting product owners in managing User Acceptance Testing for project changes.
6. Evaluating the performance and functionality of existing applications to identify areas for improvement.
The ideal candidate will have:
1. Relevant working experience in a similar role of Software Applications Analyst.
2. A recognised software testing qualification or equivalent (advantageous).
3. Product Experience: Familiarity with any of the following or similar: Microsoft Azure DevOps, SQL, Reporting, IIS, Server 2019, Tortoise SVN Revision/Software control repository, Postman API testing.
4. Familiarity with software development processes and quality assurance practices (a plus).
