Vacancy We are recruiting for a fee earner between 2 and 8 years PQE to join our Residential Property, Farms and Estates team in Oxford as a Solicitor, Associate or Senior Associate depending on experience. Key Responsibilities Manage a caseload of files, dealing effectively with cases and transactions. Build credibility with clients and develops own client relationships through managing client expectations regarding options, outcomes, risk and timescales. Scope fees for existing clients Grow internal and external networks of clients, intermediaries and contacts. Build on personal and department profile and reputation by attending networking events, writing publications/ marketing materials and speaking at seminars. Take responsibility for managing aspects of projects that are delegated and meet deadlines. Support juniors in the team by giving technical, business and general advice. Ensure a good flow of communication to senior lawyers but also more junior members of the team Track progress against your own KPIs, meeting targets Support with budgetary management of client matters Apply all business processes and use resources effectively & efficiently. Understand the changes in the practice area/legal sector and the implications for the firm.
