We’re looking for an enthusiastic Senior Manager for Colleague Engagement and Experience – someone passionate about keeping CtM a fabulous place to work.
This role will oversee internal communications content and campaigns, CSR, D&I and colleague events. You’ll have experience leading similar teams and have a strong understanding of how to maintain high levels of engagement and build a culture within an organisation.
This role will be based in our Peterborough office on a hybrid working basis.
Everyone is welcome. Be you.
We have a culture of creativity. We approach our work passionately, improve constantly and celebrate our wins at every turn. We are an inclusive workplace, and our employees are comfortable bringing their authentic, whole selves to work.
This means we’re excited to hear from people with a range of skills, experiences, and ideas. We don’t expect you to tick all the boxes but would love you to hear what makes you great for this role.
Some of the great things you’ll be doing:
1. Develop and deliver a holistic engagement strategy for CtM, ensuring purpose and culture are embedded at every colleague communication touchpoint and that messaging is consistent and well understood.
2. Using creative storytelling, content and activations to ensure we collectively understand the business, celebrate success, drive a high performance culture and encourage belonging.
3. Working closely with the PR and Employer Brand teams to celebrate and amplify CtM as a great place to work, and identify opportunities to align external and internal activity.
4. Leading the development, delivery and management of colleague engagement monitoring and activity, including identifying levers to increase engagement and supporting areas where engagement requires improvement.
5. Ensuring communications channels are maintained, developed, assessed and optimised for a fantastic user experience, making information, celebrations and recognition easy to find and understand. This includes defining usage guidance so that colleagues know where to find information.
What we’d like to see from you:
1. Relevant previous experience in a similar role or relevant transferable skills.
2. Comfortable managing senior stakeholders, including at CEO level.
3. Exceptional planning and attention to detail.
4. Strong agency and supplier management.
5. Great team leader, empowering the team to think differently, collaborate and deliver brilliantly.
There’s something for everyone.
We’re a place of opportunity. You’ll have the tools and autonomy to drive your own career, supported by a team of amazingly talented people.
And then there’s our benefits. For us, it’s not just about a competitive salary and hybrid working, we care about what matters to you. From a generous holiday allowance and private healthcare to an electric car scheme and paid CSR days, we’ve pretty much got you covered!
